On November 6th, we are starting the beach clean at 2:00PM. We will be cleaning up the beach from 2:00-3:00PM and then Sari-Sensei has once again kindly offered to lead a beach yoga session from 3:30-4:30PM.
We will meet at Sangenya Beach. It is the beach nearest to the West side of the Tenryu Rivermouth. The veggie BBQ at SurfQuest should be starting around 4:00 or so.
Drinks and veggie burgers will be available for sale. If you would like to bring your own (vegetarian) food and drinks..please feel free.
No problem to join the BBQ after the beach yoga has finished!

Of course, it is ok if you simply want to do the beach clean without the yoga. Please remember that Sari-Sensei is giving a free yoga class as a kind of bonus for the people who make the effort to come down and help clean up the beaches. (ie: Just coming for the yoga is kind of uncool.) Also, if you have a yoga mat, please bring it. If you plan on participating often, maybe you could spend the 1000 yen for a cheap mat? Sari-Sensei is leading us for free, so she really shouldn't have to carry many mats down to the beach for everyone.

The used English books will also be out and on sale... If you are out of reading material, this is a great place to find something new..OR if you have a bunch of books that you don't know what to do with...why not donate them to the cause...
